Swift 6 package with a thin simpleplayer-helper executable and a HelperCore
library. HelperConfig reads SERVER_URL, POLL_INTERVAL_SECONDS, FFPROBE (resolved
through PATH) and LOG_LEVEL, reporting every problem at once.

HelperAPI wraps the three /api/helper/v1 endpoints with URLSession and typed
throws: HTTP 404/409/422 map to notFound/conflict/unprocessable, unreachable
servers, 5xx, 408 and 429 to transient, anything else to unexpected. Codable
types mirror the contract; timestamps decode with or without fractional
seconds, and a probe submission sends absent fields as explicit nulls.

Tests run the client against a URLProtocol stub with its own host per test.

Swift 6.4 on trixie builds a static-stdlib binary; the runtime is
debian:trixie-slim with ffmpeg (for ffprobe) and libcurl (for
FoundationNetworking), running as UID 10001. A test target runs swift test.
